Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tot555 ("tot555", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting service. By accessing the tot555 website at tot555.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the tot555 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tot555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tot555 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+ across all gaming and betting products. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not as a professional or on behalf of any business, company, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of tot555 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or listed in any gambling exclusion register at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of tot555 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor connected to the Platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of tot555 services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal account. By submitting a registration on tot555, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete , current, and not misleading.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your tot555 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on tot555. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 KYC Verification

tot555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where there is reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. tot555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify tot555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tot555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. tot555 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tot555 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. tot555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• tot555 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tot555 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made to your tot555 account must only originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.
• tot555 reserves the right to carry out additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with these checks.
• tot555 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by payment provider processing times, bank clearance periods, or circumstances outside our control.
• Withdrawals to USDT TRC20 wallets will be processed at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Betting Rules & Casino Play

All bets placed on tot555 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game.

5.1 Sports Betting

• tot555 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches), and other sports.
• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, tot555's decision shall be final.
• tot555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a suspended, postponed, or cancelled event in accordance with the rules applicable to that market.
• In-play odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant betting market or upon request from support.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games offered on tot555 — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing arcade games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game suppliers.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are set by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
• tot555 is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on tot555's infrastructure, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded.

Bonuses & Promotions

tot555 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Article.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who hold a verified tot555 account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for bonuses.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tot555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or circumvent game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the tot555 Platform, its software, or its content.
• Facilitating access to tot555 by any person known to be underage or subject to self-exclusion.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or criminal proceeds.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tot555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of tot555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tot555 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tot555.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tot555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tot555 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, tot555 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Interruptions to gameplay or betting arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond tot555's reasonable control.
• Errors in bet placement made by the player.
• Any tax obligations arising from winnings, which remain the sole responsibility of the player.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers with respect to game outcomes, RTP, or technical failures within their software.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

Account Suspension & Termination

tot555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited activity.
• A chargeback or reversal initiated by the player against a tot555 transaction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.

Players may voluntarily close their tot555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which tot555 holds its operating licence.
